5.90, 6.90 & 7.90 Heads-Up

2019 RULES

5.90 & 6.90 HEADS-UP CLASSES


  • No throttle stops or down track stutter boxes.
  • Wheelie bars allowed.
  • Any Power adder and any fuel is allowed.
  • Any size tire.
  • Trans brake allowed.
  • Has to be reasonably stock appearing door car or truck.

Race Procedure

  • 5.90 will be run on a 5.90 break out Index.
  • 6.90 will be run on a 6.90 break out Index.
  • There will be 2 qualifying passes to determine the qualifying ladder.
  • Race will be run on a PRO TREE. The 5.90 and 6.90 will run on a .400 pro tree.
  • Race will be run on a Sportsman ladder.
  • Lane choice goes to the higher qualified car for the ENTIRE race.
  • Bye runs will also be determined by the qualifying ladder.
  • Deep staging will be honored. Have DEEP marked on all 4 sides
  • The ladder will be posted for racers to view at anytime.
  • ALL questions are to be directed to the track staff.


7.90 HEADS-UP CLASS

Entry Fee: $50 Car & Driver
Purse: Based on Car count



Heads-Up Pro-Tree 7.90 Jr Dragster



Race Format - .500 Pro-Tree

  • Cars paired on sportsman ladder based on qualifying. If more than one car runs 7.900 ET in Qualifying the tie-breaker will be best reaction time.
  • Purse payout: 100% of Entry Fees. 80% of the Entry Fees will be split 60/40 between the Winner and Runner-Up. The remaining 20% will be split between semis. Trophy for the Winner and Runner-Up.
  • Entry Fee: $30.00, No Buy Back.

Points system: Points system: 4 points to enter, 1 point for each round won, 1 point for race win. Perfect attendance bonus 4 points.
