13. If your car breaks in the staging lanes, you have five minutes or until the end of the round, whichever is greater. The line before entering race surface is the commitment to race line. If you break after you cross the line, you then have twenty seconds to make the starting line before the other driver is told to stage.
14. If you break before the start of competition and you wish to leave, you will receive your competition entry fee back. No points will be given for the event if a break pass is issued. Break passes must be requested before the first round of eliminations.

16. Any driver, who wishes to participate in dash for cash, must pay $10 in the tower prior to your second time run. Your second time run will be your dash for cash run unless stated otherwise. All dash for cash entries will be run together according to class. All drivers who do not wish to participate in dash for cash will still receive their time run/runs. The winner will be the driver who is closest to their dial-in without breaking out. You may red light and still win dash for cash. The winner gets half the pot for your class and the first potential bye-run. Should there be a tie, the best reaction time of the tied competitors will be used to determine position on the list. To be eligible for dash for cash, you must run the dash for cash round with your assigned class.
17. The winner of Dash for Cash will receive the first available bye-run, the bye run will carry over until used or the competitor is eliminated. After that until the conclusion of the event, bye runs are determined by the best winning reaction time from the previous round of competition and will not carry over if unused. Ties would go to best package. You can only receive one bye run per event. All bye-runs must stage and take the tree under power. You do not have to make a full run.
18. Lane choice in time runs and dash for cash are determined by which lane you enter as long as the staging lane opposite of you has cars. If the lanes are in single file, lane choice will be determined by the first car out of the lane. Lane choice in eliminations is determined by which lane you enter as long as the staging lane opposite of you has cars. You may not change lanes once you have entered the lanes. If the lanes are in single file, lane choice will be determined by card draw, high card wins. The car in line for the bye gets lane choice. Once competitors are paired, lane choice will be determined by the best reaction time from the previous round of competition. Lanes 1,3 and 5 are right lane while 2,4 and 6 are left lane. Jr. Dragster Pairing Process - Lane Choice - Determined by card draw Red for Right Lane and Black for Left Lane. High card gets lane choice. If the pair is side by side and the cards are a tie, cards will be drawn to determine lane choice. The car in line for the bye gets lane choice.
